Job Summary

• Provide information to the customer about wildlife tourism/wildlife safari /national park holiday packages in India.
• Assist them in booking a suitable national park as per their interests and budget
• Forward to the respective Procurement team.
• Assist in solving queries related to pre or on tour, if any
• co-ordination with internal employees as well as vendors
• Confirm bookings and assist the customer with post booking processes

• Excellent communication Skills
• Attending walk-in customers inquiries and tele-inquires 
• Doing regular follow-ups, converting inquiries into bookings.
• Skills Required:-
• Strong marketing skill
• strong command on the English Language.
• Experience in the same industry gives an extra advantage

• excellent command over the English language.
• very well spoken and written English
• enthusiasm
• love to communicate with people
• want to make his/ her career in travel and tourism
