JOB DESCRIPTION : -

* In depth knowledge of Basic Assembler Language (BAL) , C, C++ programming languages
* In Depth knowledge of TPF IBM Operating system software ( Control Program and Etype)
* Includes Uni and Loosely Coupled, Keypoints Memory, Dasd, tape, Dumps, Memory, VFA Format 1 & 2 globals, program loads and activation, IPL
* In Depth knowledge of EMC Dasd and Replication software and processes
* In Depth knowledge of IBM tape hardware , Replication software and processes
* In Depth knowledge of MDBF ( SS/SSU)
* In depth knowledge of TPF collections and HFS
* In Depth knowledge of TPF tools
* Data collections, Software Profiler, Continuous Data Collection, Accounting, CAPIC
* In Depth knowledge of Dump Analysis for Sev1 & 2 problem resolution
* In Depth knowledge of Hardware and tools/tests to validate
* Build , Test, Implement and Run the TPF system with Software Operating System ( PUT) and APAR updates
* Includes Vendor software, Vendor modified Software and DXC unique
* SIP process
* In-depth knowledge of Interface software
* TAM, ICE, AAA
* Support TPF Applications design review
* Interface with TPF industry and IBM for TPF issues and new software releases.
