Pre-assembly of Sleeper with fastening to be managed through labours at Sleeper factory in coordinate with Railway officials at respective Sleeper factories ( CPCC or Arlan). Check the correct installation position of fastening. Keep ready pre-assembled fastening on Sleeper for continuous despatch for TRT and installation. Over see the loading of preassembled fastening on Sleeper.
Sleepers are made with Dowel arrangement, which may be required to be checked before pre-assembly to avoid any foreign particles are inside the Dowel.
Check the Toe Load, Gauge, Creep and other parameters at the installed locations and keep proper record as per Railway Board Performa for monitoring the Track. Participate in RDSO joint inspection on installed Track whenever they visit. Also commissioned Track to be monitored periodically in coordination with Railway official at each location and report time to time.
