Advertisement No. : ITI -Trade Apprentices 01/2020

THDC India Limited, A Mini Ratna Schedule 'A' Company, invites application from eligible candidates who are having domicile of Uttarakhand for undergoing one year Apprenticeship Training under Apprentice Act 1961, as amended from time to time in the trades mentioned below at our Rishikesh location.

Position: Notification for ITI Trade Apprentice

2. Name of Designated trade: Computer Operator & Programming Assistant, Stenographer/, Secretarial Assistant, Draughtsman Civil, Fitter, Electrician, Electronics Mechanic

No of Posts: 110

Eligibility/ Qualification: 10th pass and ITI passed (regular Candidate) in the year 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 & 2020 Age Relaxation for SC/ST 05 Year, for OBC 03 Years (Non Creamy layer) & 10 year for 40 % or more than 40 % P WD candidate (VH/HH/OH) in their category

Duration of training: One year

Stipend : As per provisions of Apprentice Act 1961

Age Limit:Minimum 18 Maximum 30 Years

About Company

The Tehri Dam & Hydro Electric Project had initially been accorded Investment Clearance by the Planning Commission in June, 1972 for implementation by the Government of U.P., with an installed generating capacity of 600 MW. The State Government commenced the construction of the Project in 1978. Subsequently, in 1983, the proposed Installed Capacity of the Project was increased by the State Government to 1000 MW.
