Trademark Associate- Healthcare,Wellness & Fitness Industry – Ludhiana

Job Responsibilities :

Researching existing trademarks so as to advise on availability
Advising on issues of intellectual property , such as design & copyright , as well as trademarks
Drawing up contracts & overseeing the trademark registration process
Managing & protecting intellectual property rights once trademarks & designs have been registered
Taking appropriate action if clients trademark rights are broken
Keeping up with trademark renewals

Required Candidate profile :

Qualification Degree in Law ( 2 years training with professional exams & certificates )
Experience 4 to 6 years in same field
Salary Package 4.20 6 LPA ( Negotiable )
