Job Description

Job Description:

  • We are currently hiring freshers for Non-voice process in KPO.
  • Designation : Trainee - Analyst / CSR
Qualification & Experience: 
  • Any Graduate/Diploma from (2016/2017/2018) can apply for this post.
  • Only Male Candidates and immediate joiners are preferred.
  • Should be ready to work in rotational shifts for a 24 /7 operations
  • 0 to 1 years of Operation experience in the service industries (KPO / BPO)
  • Max 3 arrears can apply for this job
Job Description: 
  • Should be good at Internet Research Knowledge in MS Office (Excel and Word)
  • Should have Sports savvy and knowledgeable in sports like Soccer, Handball, Volleyball, Tennis and Ice Hockey.
  • Should take responsibility for quality and productivity.
  • Should be well organized, process-oriented, having follow-up skills, logical and analytical thought process
  • Proactive verbal and written communicator skills, including good, active listening skills.
  • Should be a good team player
