Designation: Trainee - Customer Relationship Officer 
Location: Ambattur - Chennai
Shift Timings: 9:00 A.M to 6:00 P.M *Work From Office*
Experience: Freshers are eligible to apply

Roles & Responsibilities:
· Understanding the need of the customer and helping the customer to choose the right financial product as per their eligibility
· Suggesting the customer alternative products based on need, lifestyle & spending power
· Explaining to the customers about the benefits and offers related to the products.
· Verify customer details and guide them through the application gateway
· Maintain amicable conversation throughout the call and build customer delight

Skills Required:
· Excellent communication and Interpersonal Skills
· Ability to converse in regional language along with English.
· Ability to convince customers
· Assist customers with all their queries


Educational Qualification: Any Degree (With or Without backlogs) / 12th Std / Diploma
