Trainee Engineer
Recruitment Process:
· Fresher Test
o Aptitude & Logical Reasoning
o Group Discussion (GD)
· Interview
Compensation details:
· During the 3 months training period
o Stipend of INR 11,358/- (INR Eleven thousand three hundred and fifty-eight only)
§ PF of 12% as per Act applicable with an equal contribution made by CPS as an employer contribution
· On successful completion of training and getting regularized
o CTC of INR 1.96 Lacs per annum for the next 12 months
o On completion of 1 year from date of regularization (3 + 12 = 15 months) will be considered for CTC revision strictly based on performance & potential CTC range from 2.9L to 3.2L
