Job Description
- Keep accurate records for all daily transactions.
- Record accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process for vendor payments, customer / vendor reconciliations Update internal systems with financial data.
- Assist in Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
- Involvement in management accounts consolidation.
- Assisting with producing the Annual Report and Half Yearly Report & Accounts.
- Involvement in the preparation for half year end and year end.
- Involvement in the year end statutory audit information and evidence provision.
- Gaining exposure and assisting with the production of subsid statutory accounts.
- Understanding and assisting with the production of tax computations.
- Gaining insights into treasury, land payments and cash flow procedures.
- Understanding and assisting with budgeting procedures.
