Position :  Trainee /  Human Resource - Recruitment Specialist

Exp         :   0 to  5 yrs   [  Even fresher with good communication Skills can APPLY ]

Job Responsibilities

•  Handling full life cycle of the recruitment Process
• Understanding the prevailing IT - Skill Sets and the job requirement and accordingly sourcing right candidates for the job requirement with the help of available tools.
• Calling the Candidates explaining them the job Openings you have and details of the requirement with the candidate.
• Creating interest with in the candidate by presenting the details of the role in such a manner that they are excited to apply for the same.  
• Communicating the details of the positions with the candidates (Sharing the JD on email).
• Emailing the Job Description, Position details to  the prospective candidates.
• Connecting with the passive candidates on the Social Media like -  Linkedin, FB, Glassdoor etc.  
• Doing the necessary follow-up with the candidate collecting his updated profile, collecting the basic information about the candidates CTC, E-CTC, Notice period, his interest etc.
• Going through the candidate profile.  Understanding his experience and the areas he / she have worked.
• Updating the recruitment tracker
• Saving the candidate profile in the COMMON Folder
• Submitting the candidate profile with the client.
• Following up with the client for an feedback
• Arranging the Interview
• Coordinating the Interviews
• Making the Candidate  to attend the interview
• Getting the candidate feedback
• Upon Selection making the candidate Join the Company
•  Follow- up the candidate to ensure he/she is comfortably settled in the new organization
•  Building Strong Relationship with the resource.
