Responsible for End to End recruitment.
Sourcing the relevant profiles from the various job portals, Line up, and screen as per the requirements.
Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients across pan India
Thoroughly understand and work on the requirements of the client.
Conduct initial screenings, reference checks, negotiate packages, relocation, coordinate client interviews, and work with the Account Managers to close the position.
Responsible for maintaining and communicating candidate follow-up and status update on a regular basis.
Experience in IT Staffing/Recruitment is an added advantage.
