Responsible for excellence in Learning and development administrative services (Coordinate training, logistics, capturing in Sharepoint, manage attendance and share updates to leadership on progress)
Provide end to end direction and support various Training efforts within GBS comprising of cross functional training, upskilling, external certification programs and ensure quality of delivery in line with Invesco requirements.
Review performance reports, manage customer surveys and share survey results with the GBS Leadership team/Head of GSSC.
Contribute to internal and external governance forums as appropriate on the training plan, to execution.
Drive the GBS orientation session for all the new hires in an ongoing manner and manage communication with Global stakeholders.
Proactively partner with PD to drive training program in GBS- shared by Performance management.
Utilize metrics to identify improvement opportunities with processes in GBS
Support communication and change management efforts with GBS.
Requires excellent communication skills and customer service skills.
Support Strategic priorities and Initiatives run by the head oh Hyd. Global SSC lead like Graduate hire program, Mentoring program and SOP governance in liasion with respective process leadership etc.
Prepare a training plan/Calendar for the year, manage delivery of trainings.
Deliver soft-skill training programs & identify internal and external trading partners.
Manage end to end coordination of training.
Formal Education: Graduate (B.com)
Work Experience / Knowledge: A minimum of 2- 4 year of prior experience in to training coordination
