Job description

We are looking to hire fresh individuals as Trainee Recruiter for the US IT and Technical Recruitment.

Qualification:

• Excellent Communication Skills
• Must Possess a strong sense of Urgency, Flexibility, and willingness to learn.
• Diploma/Bachelors in Engineering, BCA, MCA

Responsibilities:

• Source candidates from internal database searches, online searches, Internet postings, Social Media.
• Screen and build a pipeline of candidates and provide a constant source of candidates for current and upcoming requirements.
• Establish strong relationships with consultants/contractors.
• Must be able to meet aggressive deadlines and targets
• Take care for full cycle recruitment
