Roles and Responsibilities : A Trainee Recruitment Consultant is responsible for attracting candidates for job opportunities and matching them to contract and permanent positions with clients. Initially, you will be focused on speaking to candidates, building relationships, and growing your specialist network. Although no qualifications are needed, there are some key skills that would benefit you and your career within recruitment,

What can you earn as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant?
We offer Trainee Recruitment Consultants a salary of INR1.8 Lacs per annum during the training period. Above that, your on-target earnings (OTE) would be additional. Decent Hike will be provided post-training.
