Role & responsibilities
1. Be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across India and Overseas. Work with the recruitment team members to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategies.
2. Source passive candidates through research, internal and external networking, and direct outreach.
3. Screen and qualify prospective candidates
4. Become the expert on where and how to attract top talent
5. Ensuring delivery of assignments with quality candidates within set TAT.
6. Interview line-ups for positions assigned by clients, screening resumes, shortlisting candidates, explain the JD to candidates will be continuous activities.
7. Incorporating new and innovative ways of sourcing candidates for perm assignments.
8. Assisting the Team Leader / Client Manager in recruitment for respective clients.
9. Managing MIS / Database.- Input, update and maintain, recruitment data and records using applicant tracking systems.
