Job profile

1) The job will involve developing new customers and increasing customer satisfaction of the existing customers.

2) The job will involving conducting a market survey to find out the prospective customers, line up a strategy to win the customer and retain the customer for long term business relation.

3) Ensure business growth through customer and network development

4) Help in Developing long term strategy to improve market share

5) Communicate the customer’s opinions, feedbacks, complaints and grievances to appropriate functions for corrective and preventive action.

6) Receive and scrutinize enquires from customer & prepare after conducting pre-order contract review.

7) Analyze the customer complaint and take corrective and preventive action.

8) Ensure safe delivery of products to the customer.

9) Track customer delivery dates and highlight any probable failure.
