Job Description:-

Qualification   BE/Diploma - EEE/ECE/Mechatronics

Designation : - Trainee - Service Engineer

Gross Salary  BE - 14000 / Diploma - 13000

If bike Available  - 2000 Per month + Food Allowance- Rs.60 per day.

Free Accommodation will be provided.

1st three  months On job Training After three months based on Technical Capability improvement will recommend for In plant training for 3 to 6 months courses. Entire Training cost will bear by Management. Training will be in Pune Location.
 

SERVICE KPI 
Right First time - RFT Near Hit report One per month Quality of Service Reports - 100 per cent complete data capture all the fields and parameters On time Submission of reports FSR, NEPI, Warranty check sheet, Daily updations of Service activity to SA after completing his site work.

Availability for Emergency Support- Especially after office hours Sundays/Holidays Promoter in NPS ( Based on Survey will be normalised)

Minimum 5 Engines to be covered in service touch per month, 100 % AMC compliance achievement,  Minimum 3 Alternator Health Check up /Month. Confidence level in attending Electrical / Electronics. Value added Services  and Innovation - Identification of Opportunities available at site and propose Solutions.( All controllers, AMF panels, Silencer replacement etc..
