We are looking for Trainee Site Reliability Engineers for Jaipur location.

Key skill sets :- 
• Should be willing to work on Production Support at L1 and L2 level.
• C, C++ and JAVA in their curriculum.
• Excellent Debugging and Monitoring skills.
• Responsible for daily trouble ticket resolution, client interaction and customer support via email and video calls.
• Supporting projects during the normalization phase after Go-Live and ensuring the smooth transitions to operations.
• Should be willing to work in 24/7 work environment
• Should have understanding of any relational database : SQL, MySQL, PostgresQL
• Should have good understanding of JSON.
• Should have proficiency for communication over REST APIs.
• Collaborate efficiently with internal experts to resolve customer issues quickly.
• Should be expert on Python Scripting / Java and enjoy automation.
• Should be comfortable on a role that involves 60% production technical & development support and 40% client interactions over technical issues.
• Comfortable over incident ticket management over JIRA tool.
• Good communication skill is must.
