-Our company 10Decoders Private Limited is located in Porur and Gopalapuram, Chennai. 

·  We are recruiting for the position of a Trainee Developer and will be deputed in any of our office/client office locations.

·  Candidates who passed out in 2017 - 2019 can apply for this position.

·  The Initial Training period will be for 3 months which may include training in java, JavaScript and Web Technologies or Intersystem Cache database during which a stipend of not more than Rs.8000/- to 10,000/- will be provided based on the selection process

·   Post the training period the salary will be revised based on the performance in the training. Based on the performance of the candidates in the training, they will be allotted to various projects.

·   On successful completion of one year with our organization, every individual will receive a year-end bonus. The amount may vary from candidate to candidate based on the performance of the candidates.

·           On joining the company, the candidates will be entering into a contractual agreement for 2 years. On the violation of the bond, the candidate may have to pay a sum of One Lakh Rupees or more to incur the training cost and the loss incurred by the company based on the loss to the company.

·           Also based on the performance of the candidates, the candidates showing all round the development will be nominated for travel opportunities at the end of the contractual agreement.
