beckNF is looking to hire two freshers for their Engineering Team.

Context:

These two openings are for a stealth-mode startup in the Software Development Services market with an ambitious vision and mission.

While being on probation for six months, you will closely work with the founder and go through an intense and rigorous training program for the first three months.

Who we are looking for:

You are a fresh Computer Science Graduate.

You love Computer Science and Programming. Period.

You possess an algorithmic thinking mindset.

You have a penchant for simplifying things.

Bonus points:

You are already coding.

You already have developed or solved a problem by coding, and you can demo it.

You will learn to code on a selected web development framework in a structured and progressive manner for three months.

The end goals of the three-month training program are:

You are thorough with the aspects of fundamental web development methodologies in the selected framework.

You are ready to work on mission-critical user-facing technology products by writing clean and standards-compliant code.

You gain the interpersonal skills to work with globally distributed clients and teams in an agile development environment.

While the training is for three months, you could get absorbed into real-time client projects before that if you can learn quickly and demonstrate your capabilities. Then, it's in your hands to be eligible as early as possible for the financial benefits and growth attached to working on client projects.

Stipend, Salary and Financial benefits for the first year:

15,000/-pm stipend during the three-month training program.

20,000/-pm salary upon successful completion of the training program.

25,000/-pm to 35,000/-pm upon completion of the six month probation period and based upon the latest appraisal.
