Job Description

We have urgent opening for B.E freshers who located in coimbatore.

Providing desktop computer software and hardware support, Configuration, repairs, maintenance and installation
Handling virus issues and Antivirus Software issues for Desktops.
Installation and Software support in respect of Operating System WIN XP, Vista, WIN 7
Diagnose hardware and software problems, and replace defective components
Installing patches for OS and antivirus
Managing user accounts and giving share & security level permissions Configuring and Troubleshooting Mail clients such as MS Outlook and Outlook Express
Troubleshooting the Desktop and Network Related Problems
Responsible to install, set up, maintain network and also configure the peripherals, cabling and equipment’s accordingly as per the requirement.
Responsible to monitor whether all the components are available for successful communication.Responsible for maintaining the Backup network, hardware, software, files on a regular basis accordingly as per the company policies.
Manage service request, software installation, New computer setups, Upgrades... ec.
