•Candidate should have hands-on experience on implementing Contact / Call Centre Solution, Dialer, ACD, IVR, Voice Recording/logger.
•Good knowledge of SIP, IP telephony, VOIP, EPABX/ PBX, Unified Communication, E1 PRI, Voice Logger.
•Strong knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows, Unix/Linux),Databases (MS SQL Server, Oracle),Networking (TCP/IP, LAN).
• Must have prior experience of installation & commissioning of Contact Centre software, IVR, PBX, CRM or IP telephony.
•Should have strong communication, teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience on Altitude Solution will be preferred
•0-1 years of relevant Experience in VOIP,EPABX/PBX & Unified communication.
Education
• BE/ B.tech/ BCA/ MCA.
