• Assist in preparing quotations, itineraries, invoices, hotel booking & follow-up on ground services. 

• Assist in preparing and updating rate sheets & blackout dates. 

• Perform any other duty as assigned.

Required skills:

• Fresh pass out from Tourism/Hotel institution with basic knowledge of hotel and tourism industry.
• Good typing Speed.
• Good Communication Skills in English, written & spoken
• Basic Computer Skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook Express
• Knowledge of Canva, and designing flyers for Facebook, Insta, etc. will be an advantage.
• Hard and sincere worker, willing to learn and grow in the company
• Discipline, Positive Attitude & Punctuality
