JOB TITLE/ POSITION: Trainer / Faculty - Finacle (On Contract basis) ORGANISATION ENTITY Amity Institute of Training & Development
LOCATION: PAN India
JOB PURPOSE: This position will be responsible for the training to our prestigious clients.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to conduct the training as per the curriculum
- Administrative functions like taking complaint log entries, attendance, assessments, feedback, reports etc. as per the defined SLA
- Coordination with the management team of the University
Kindly note this assignment is on contractual basis for 4 -6 months.

Learner Centric : Creating positive and value-added learning experience for the learner by putting the learner’s learning journey first.
Performance Assessments: Determine overall effectiveness of programs by using assessment tools and make improvements.
Cross Functional Engagement: Work closely with pre-sales team and update training requirements.
Reporting: Daily reports, attendance, feedback, issue logs to be maintained as per the SLA.

Qualification and Experience:
· B.A/ B.COM/ BBA/ B. Tech / MCA / BSc (Computer Science)/ Ex Banker preferably
· Minimum 3 years experiences in banking training, software training.
· Should have sound knowledge of banking practices.
· Should have good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Skills and Knowledge:
· Thorough knowledge of Finacle or any CBS platform.
· Excellent Communication and Facilitation Skills.
· Ability to measure and assess learner’s learning needs.
· Communicate with clarity, precision and influence.
· Managing audience with confidence and control.
