Job Description

1 Mobilization

 Identify beneficiaries for batch formation with the support of Accion in partner institutions.
 Registration of Beneficiaries
 To find and finalize the training venues

2. Trainings on Accion’s Financial literacy program- Dialogue on Business and money plan

 Trainer will have to conduct 2-3 trainings per day for 6 days a week
 Batch size should be 4-5 members per group for DOB and 10 to15 members per group for Money Plan program
 Trainer will have to make a training schedule and send it to project coordinator.
 Trainer will have to maintain an attendance register.
 Targets given for training have to be followed.3.Reporting
 Baseline forms need to properly fill and entered into the software
 Attendance registers need to be maintained.
 Training schedules need to be maintained.
 Daily reporting of training no’s with pictures of the training conducted
