Job Description

JD for Trainer
  • Minimum 1 – year of experience is training with exceptional communication & presentation skills
  • Responsible for the overall performance of the training batch
  • Monitor and coach the agents on OJT along with the tenured agents
  • Work closely with the managers & the QA team to determine the training needs
  • To understand the operational KPIs and develop the training needs accordingly
  • To conduct refresher training in order to improve the performance of the agents
