Job Description
Education/Career Knowledge:
· Degree / Diploma holder in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualifications, with at least 5~10 years relevant working experience.
· Good command of both spoken & written English, good computer skills.
· Good knowledge and ability to handle & operate audio-visual training aids and application of computer system and software’s.
Responsibilities & Duties:
General
· Development of course syllabuses and curriculum's prepare quotation for the training course and secure the order from the customers / Dealers.
· Organize and conduct training course to the trainees and obtain the feedback on the effectiveness of the training courses from the trainees. Work out the yearly training program based on the training needs of the customers / Dealers or in-house Dept.
Responsible for tools and equipment’s in the training center.
