Job Description

Trainer - Salon (Lucknow) at UrbanClap

Location : Lucknow, IN

Job Responsibilities :

UrbanClap is looking for qualified and experienced female salon trainer to train female beauticians on wellness beauty treatments, all types of basic beauty culture treatments and required grooming.
Deliver salon training to new and existing beauticians.
Assessing beauticians and providing management with feedback and suggestions for additional training requirements/hiring decisions.
Analyse resource requirement and help schedule hiring and training accordingly.
Review and provide inputs to build and update training manual, training calendar, prepare lesson plans, and select training aids.
Deal with beauticians and technical problems related to treatments and protocols.
Conduct performance appraisal of therapists, monitor and report beauticians performance, and motivate therapists.
Development and implementation of new beauty treatments, provide inputs to keep beauty menu updated.
Maintain training reports and help in operations.

Educational Qualification :

Any Graduate /Undergraduate.
Professional Experience as a salon trainer of 2+ years.
Certification in beauty training/profession/industry accreditat
