The program will build capacity of different stakeholders such as the school facilitators hired by partners and Quest, government school teachers, headmasters and other resource persons from the government education system.

This would entail:

Ensuring the operationalisation of the capacity building plan Coordinating with the pool of freelance facilitators for the school facilitators capacity building workshops Supporting the delivery of workshops by co-facilitating from time to time Anchoring the design of blended learning professional development program for government school teachers focussed on the thematic content areas Developing the larger framework based on inputs from the field Developing the content and assessment plan as per the program needs Working with other content experts to develop the program content Piloting the blended learning program on the field Developing a strategy for building a pool of master trainers in each state education department who will take the program approach forward Handhold the school facilitators in delivering the curriculum on the ground
