Job Description

  • Handle all the IT course enquiries via voice and non-voice process
  • Inform about our IT Online Training services such as Individual Online Training, Corporate Online Training and Corporate Offline Training.
  • Deliver proper information about course curriculum, course fee, course duration, recorded video sessions access etc to the Enquirer
  • Prepare and maintain training curricula, course user groups, knowledge assessments, and user accounts in the CRM software.
  • Communicate and coordinate with the Trainers/ Instructors and the training participants and conduct demo sessions and training batch sessions.
  • Follow-up of enquiries that are inboxed from various countries and make a record of them in the CRM software.
  • Flexible enough to work in a team 
  • Good negotiating skills and convincing skills.
