Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Assist Operations Lead by coordinating with client and trainer for ongoing
training to ensure smooth training delivery
Good Understanding of platforms like Zoom for training
Publish basic reports like attendance and other Zoom reports
Overall Coordination with clients and vendors/trainers for project execution
Coordinate with the team by managing schedules and communicating
relevant information
Attend client calls along with trainer to contribute from operations
standpoint
Assist Sales and Operations Lead with ad-hoc tasks
Mapping right trainers through LinkedIn

Requirements:

Previous experience (min 2 years) working as a Training Coordinator role is
required
Dedicated, passionate and good at task execution
Ability to communicate effectively with management and other departments
(Good Communication skills is a must)
Proficient using Microsoft Suite
Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple training initiatives
simultaneously
Instructional experience in a group business setting preferred
Strong understanding of business goals and standards for customer service
Experience providing full-scope training materials, from analyzing company needs to lesson planning, development and implementation
