Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist Operations Lead by coordinating with client and trainer for ongoing
  • training to ensure smooth training delivery
  • Good Understanding of platforms like Zoom for training
  • Publish basic reports like attendance and other Zoom reports
  • Overall Coordination with clients and vendors/trainers for project execution
  • Coordinate with the team by managing schedules and communicating
  • relevant information
  • Attend client calls along with trainer to contribute from operations
  • standpoint
  • Assist Sales and Operations Lead with ad-hoc tasks
  • Mapping right trainers through LinkedIn

Requirements:

  • Previous experience (min 2 years) working as a Training Coordinator role is
  • required
  • Dedicated, passionate and good at task execution
  • Ability to communicate effectively with management and other departments
  • (Good Communication skills is a must)
  • Proficient using Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple training initiatives
  • simultaneously
  • Instructional experience in a group business setting preferred
  • Strong understanding of business goals and standards for customer service
  • Experience providing full-scope training materials, from analyzing company needs to lesson planning, development and implementation
