• First point of contact for the incoming leads
• Understanding the Training requirements and deliver the right choice to meet the sales targets
• Responsible to take care of daily calls of corporate and candidate enquiries
• Plan the right strategy to convert the leads as joining in Training and Development
• Creating Ads and posting in social media
• Creating & Managing candidate records
• Coordinate with skilled trainers and assign the training requirements based on the availability
• Work closely with the digital marketing & SEO team perform further activities

Qualifications and Skills

• Should have basic Computer skills
• Positive thinker, Talkative, Good Attitude and Communication Skill
• Should be good in English, advantage of knowing other native languages
• PU or SSLC completion is sufficient
• MS Office and good exposure in social media like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube and other channel
