Job Description :

  • Conducting training program with focus on soft skills (field staff)
  • Conducting Field induction for new MRs (4-6 days in a month)
  • Mailing motivational articles to field staff
  • Candidates within age range of 26-30 years will be preferred
  • Sales Experience of 2-4 years is preferred
  • Excellent Communication skills, Presentable and Tech savy

Education: UG : Any graduation

Experience : 

  • 1-4 years (Sales Experience)
  • Candidates having good computer skills and aggressive with go-getter attitude to drive the business.
