  1. Administering Tests and Evaluation:
  • Design and conduct assessments to measure the effectiveness of training.
  • Use various evaluation methods to gauge understanding and skill acquisition.
  1. Training Evaluation & Effectiveness Check:
  • Assess the impact of training on individual and organizational performance.
  • Continuously refine training programs based on feedback and results.
