Job Description

Greetings of the day!

We are Opening for Reqd Experienced CS for Transaction Advisory services at Byculla

Job Description/Profile Description

'1. Setting up and maintaining online compliance mechanism for all the companies and functions

Communicating and educating team members and client on compliance requirements
Knowledge and experience of company law, foreign exchange regulations, secretarial standards and governance, statutory compliances is required.
Ability to independently draft agenda, minutes, compile and maintain secretarial records, company law and Reserve bank filings, supporting internal and statutory audit
Excellent ability to analyze and assess business requirement and provide secretarial advise and propose/implement solutions
E-filing of necessary forms returns before the regulatory authorities

7 Time bound filings (Annual Accounts, Annual Return Secretarial Compliance Certificate)

Event based filings (Such as change of directors, increase of capital etc.)
Maintenance of ROC files and records
Intimation to RBI about inward remittances and outward remittance
Intimation to RBI and ROC about transfer of , ownership and control of Companies if any
Preparation of Process notes
Updating and helping the management in changing regulatory scenarios
Strong business judgment
Candidate would be responsible for certifying their work and their teams work
Candidate will be responsible for overseeing/reviewing/executing work end to end of transactions/ retainer that he/she will be working on.
Alternate Saturday is working and OFFICE TIMINGS are 9.30 am to 7 pm. Location-Byculla'
