Job Description:
• Critical order management on daily based calls, fax and emails from customers.
• Day to day interaction with end customers and clients.
• Documentation and reporting.
Requirements:
• 0 – 1 year of experience with excellent command over English (Verbal and written)
• Graduate in any discipline (awaiting results can also apply. (Preferably - BA, BSC, B.Com and BBA).
• Computer efficiency is mandatory
• Customer service orientation, Team player
• Open to work in early morning shifts (Australian Process)
• Proficiency in SAP is an added advantage.
