Responsibilities:-

• Monthly Accruals
  
• Associate utilized transportation services for the pay cycle to HR
  
• Preparing MIS of cabs
  
• Generating Billing on Monthly wise basis
  
• Induction awareness session about Associate transportation services to newly joined associates.
  
• Complete coordination with vendor agencies
  
• Attending issues of associates (if any)
  
• Attending transport team meetings with clients
  
• Preparing Incident Report
  
• Updating Issues related to transport to higher authorities.
  
• Ensuring Safe and secure transportation facility to associates by Training and awareness to drivers
  
• Maintaining record of drivers and background verification
  
• Conducting surprise checks of cabs
  
• Handling Transport Computer System.
  
• Checking Mails and updating Cancellations/changes/ to vendor supervisors or trackers
  
• Accepting cancellations in the ROTA via phone
  
• Clubbing the ROTA as per the cancellation of associates.
  
• Providing the information of required number of cabs as per login/logout to vendor after clubbing the ROTA.
• Sending required mails to concerned authorities as per the necessity.
  
• Exp: 1- 2 years in transport.
