Job Summary:

• Assisting International customers with their travel procedures like ticketing , etc through calls ( Inbound & Outbound ).

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsibilities:

• Making sure that not only the client purchases the tickets from us but also gets the best service so that he comes back to us for future ticketing.as well.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Eligibility:

• 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Any Diploma Course in Travel / IATA ( OPTIONAL ).
• Work Experience:
• 0 – 2 years in Travel Industry.

Requirements:

• Ready to work in Rotational Shifts ( Shift timings as of now starts from 5am / 8am ) – Females are not given night shift.
• Comfortable in handling Calls.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Immediate Joining.
• Age Criteria must be within 20yrs to 35yrs.
