Job Responsibilities

Expense reports: Review expense reports submitted by employees for overall reasonableness; ensure that users are not in violation of Snowflake Corporate Travel and Expense Policy and Government regulations.

Reports: Review all daily, weekly and monthly standard reports to ensure that data is processing correctly per audit rules and Corporate policy. This includes ensuring receipt flags are set properly and employee data is updated properly.

Duties include training all new travelers in the use of the Corporate Travel and Expense reporting solution to adhere to Corporate Travel Policy. Corporate Card administration: Work with business unit to assist in card reconciliation when card may have been suspended or canceled.

Auditing: Work with audit agencies (external and Internal) to assist with all required audits. This includes providing copies of expense reports as required and answering any questions the auditors may have about processes or the Snowflake Global Travel and Expense Policy.

Assist Snowflake employees across all regions and entities with questions on Travel and expenses.

Ensure proper coding of expenses and invoices prior to entry into the accounting system

System maintenance: Work with the Business Systems team to make changes to audit rules, reports and system settings to ensure compliance with Snowflake Travel and Expense requirements. Snowflake Travel and Expense Team continually improves business processes in all assigned areas of responsibility.

Provide back up support across T&E as needed. Other duties as assigned, including ad-hoc report request, and project work.

Experience with reporting software with intermediate excel skills.

Assist accounting team with month, quarter and year end close.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree Required

Minimum of 4 years’ experience with auditing employee reports.

Motivated self-starter who contributes to the company’s growth.

Ability to clearly communicate and enforce policy

Ability to meet strict deadlines and within limited supervision

Experience working with Expensify, Workday Expenses or similar expense management platforms

Experience working in a very fast paced environment

Detail-oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
