This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant at TravTree Holidays in New Delhi. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with travel consulting, travel management, creating travel arrangements, handling reservations and providing excellent customer service.

1) Analyzing Traveler's needs and helping them plan their holidays.

2) Customizing Holiday itineraries and preparing complete packages.

3) Destination knowledge and product understanding.

4) Routine follow-ups and Sales Closure.

5) Solving any escalation raised by travelers.

6) Books flight and other transportation arrangements as well as lodging and tours

7) Provides information about travel destinations and accommodations

8) Communicates with vendors of travel-related products to get the best deals

9) Visits sites in advance of recommending to tourists

10) Markets and sells holiday and other specialized tour packages
