Job Title: Travel Consultant - Fresher (Voice process)
Job Location: Mumbai /Pune

Reporting to: Team Lead
Shift timing:24/7 according to schedule_Rotational (Night shifts are included)

Position Details:
Duties and responsibilities:

Working in a state-of-the-art call center, as part of a dynamic customer support team.
Managing high call volumes/email volumes and delivering exceptional quality services to our customers
Offering products such as flights, hotels, car rentals, and insurance
A seasoned travel professional with exceptional GDS knowledge
Minimum Requirements: Excellent communication skills (Both Verbal & Written)

Preferred requirements:

Travel Industry knowledge is a plus.
Exceptional customer service skills and sales abilities
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced call center environment
Required skillsSeeking best practice implementation and driving ideas
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
Good attention to detail
Well organized, persistent with multitasking skills
Competent quantitative skills (good in calculations)
Ability to manage change and work under pressure
Communicate and work closely with other departments to remain current on any updates
Qualification: Minimum education requirementsGraduate (Any stream)
