Job Description

Webvio Technologies Pvt.Ltd. is hiring Experienced Candidates who should be energetic and willing to work in Night Shift 
Post: Travel Sales Executive -  Inbound Voice Process
Salary: 14k to 22k
Location: Kolkata (WFO)Night shift (10pm to 8am)
Criteria:
1. Should have 2-5 years of experience in International BPO outbound sales 
2. Must be able to close calls and take payments from the customers .
3. Confident in pitching n comfortable with night shift

Responsible for:
Handle customer's inbound calls. 
Solving queries, telling them about products/offers/services
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
