Hiring for International Travel Process (Australia & NZ) as a Travel Expert/ Sr. Travel Expert.
Job Description:• Must have knowledge of any GDS (preferably Galileo, Amadeus & Sabre).• Good Destination Knowledge• Good knowledge of fares rules and restrictions• Liaising with clients over the phone, webchat or via email to discuss their travel requirements• Preparing customized itineraries to suit the client’s preferences and budget• Researching destinations and keeping up to date with travel industry news• Meeting profit or sales targets• Collect booking payments, deposits and balances• Use promotional techniques to sell itinerary & tour packages• Assist clients for any after sales query• Update all the special service requests of clients in their booking

Eligibility Criteria:•
Undergraduate, Graduate, Post Graduate, PGDM (Any)• Good Communication Skills•
Must have GDS knowledge (Amadeus, Galileo and Sabre)• Should be comfortable with 24*7 environment.
Shift timing: 24*7 shift
Salary: As per market standard + Incentives + Rewards
