Job Description
Position: Manager-Treasury
Total Experience: 6 yrs to 9 yrs
Job Location : Thane, Mumbai
A. Preparation of Daily Cash Position
- Execution of Electronic Fund Transfers
- Analysis and Execution of Investments of surplus funds as per Investment Policy e.g. Bank FD’s, Mutual Funds
- Forecasting of estimated monthly cash flows for the group for fund management.
- Funding through Inter Corporate Deposits within a group
- Monitoring Expenses and informing respective stakeholders with confirmation of payment
- Coordinating with bankers on transactional issues.
- B. Other Treasury Activities :
- Issuance & revocation of Bank Guarantees, DD
- Completing KYC for all Mutual Funds, Banks and other institutes as may be required.
- Financials details for Board Meetings
- Responsible for external ratings as and when required
- Responsible for Dividend Payment
- Supporting in operational activities for execution of Bank Facilities
- Providing underlying exposure for Forex deals.
- Providing all the support to stakeholders pertaining to banking activities.
- Internet Banking set up from Treasury Perspective.
- Handling Internal and statutory audit requirements.
- C. MIS :
- Posting timely accounting of accruals- Monthly Accruals
- Timely preparation of various schedules (Investment, Board Papers)
- Quarterly review and updating authorised signatories for Borrowing, Investments. Forex for a group
- Maintenance of Weighted Average Returns for Management Reporting.
- Updating CoFipot Reporting
- Executing service related import payments
- D. Projects :
- Digitalization of collection process for a group
