Job Description

JOB TITLE: Truesight Operations Consultant

Exp. 3 to 7 Years

LOCATION: Mumbai, Pune and Bangalore.

Candidate should be well versed with –

Performance Management & Analytics Concepts
Conducting workshop for requirement gathering
Conducting POC & Demo of TrueSight solution
Monitoring of OS Platforms – UNIX, Windows, AS 400
Monitoring of Database Oracle, MS SQL, IBM DB2, Sybase, Mongo DB, PostreSQL etc
Monitoring of Applications/Web Server Citrix, IBM WebSphere, Oracle WebLogic, Active Directory, MS Exchange Server, SAP, Oracle EBS etc
Monitoring of Hardware and Storage using Sentry Patrol KM
Configuring Signature & Absolute thresholds based on best practices
Event Management policies
Service Impact Management Manual & CMDB
Configure Custom Dashboard & Reports
Integration with Remedy ITSM & CMDB
Integration with 3rd Party tools to receive alerts in TrueSight
Configuring High Availability & DR of all TrueSight Components
Knowledge of Windows & UNIX platform
