Ensure implementation of sales plan and achievement of targets as per company
objectives in respective territory/area assigned
2. Ensure coverage and calls as per key product focus and execution of Quarterly
initiatives
3. Review with customers monthly sales (vs. yearly target, vs. last year, by product)
and take appropriate action to reverse any sales decline.
4. Propose and work with Zonal Sales Manager for promotional programs for
individual outlets
5. Efficient execution of the marketing programs and analyze effectiveness
effectively of them in terms of sales numbers for the respective territory
6. Facilitate individual outlets training, conduct of CMEs in liaison with PSM as per
plan.
7. Gather competitors’ info (promotions, launches, organization changes, etc) and
update the sales force and manager timely. Complete ad hoc questionnaires
concerning market perception of Visioncare, products and service in connect
with customers.
8. Coordinate with distributor /CFA agent network for smooth functioning on
business operations.
9. Ensure customer complaints are timely and rightly addressed in continuous
consultation with PSMs.
10. Facilitate all goods returned due to incorrect delivery and ensure replacement of
damaged goods in close liaison with Dist/CFA.
11. Periodically conduct Credit limit review with Zonal Manager for customers.
12. Provide market/sales feedback and complete all necessary reports within the
stipulated time frame
13. Responsible for adverse event and product complaint handling related activities
at a local level including the collection, intake and forwarding the information to
the Local Vigilance Representative).
