Experience in managing SME & CR as well will get preference.

SME (Subject Matter Expert) (BTech/BSc)

Must have experience of minimum 1-2 years.

Educational or academic content creation.

Developed lesson plans based on the curriculum e.g. textbook solutions, assessment or quiz questionnaire, online homework help, Q&A, Quality Review, video content creation, etc.

Working with Project Manager to achieve productivity and quality goals, targets.

CR (Content Researcher) (BTech/BSc)

Must have experience of minimum 1-2 years.

Gather keywords and data associated with each keyword based on the subject and topic requirement.

Summarize the content into logical expressions for the faculty.

Answer questions from an editorial on existing content and new content being requested.

Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office including Excel is mandatory.

AT (Associate Teacher) (BTech/BSc)

Must have experience of minimum 2-3 years.

Teaching the material with online video lessons

Responding to student comments and questions posted online
