JD for 'TX Provisioning Executive'
- Provide configuration management of service elements as planned according to design/engineering and change activities that are required by the Service Delivery, Engineering, Capacity Planning, or deployments
- Should monitor the services, elements and system configurations
- Responsible for order validation and provisioning of circuits in inventory and network
- Build, Integrate and Test the circuit as per the customer requirement
- Ensure efficient and effective technical customer service as per SLAs.
- Work experience in Technical Support Center (helpdesk) and operations of escalation desk/tickets for all NOC and SOC issues.
- Coordination with different stakeholders to test the circuit
- Manage configuration changes for all the services /service elements through a centralized console and restore configuration as required.
- Provide new element’s integration support as per the Methods and Procedures issued by the respective Equipment vendors.
- Provide reconfigurations and parameter changes
- Manage, track and document change control of the service elements
- Provide compliance auditing of the configurations
- Provide recommendations for systems design engineering solution.
- Configuration standardization.
- Handing over the circuit to the customer without error
- Provide the test results as requested by the customer
- Maintain quality standards to achieve optimal levels of operation and KPI targets. Corrects network and SOC problems effectively and in a timely manner.

- Should be able to respond quickly on the orders booked in the configuration queue
- Able to identify problems and provide inputs to improve, change or adapt existing methods and techniques drawing from personal experiences and feedback.
- Has skills and knowledge that will allow them to adapt to effectively deal with unfamiliar issues, challenges, problems within their field of specialization.
Education: Engineering Graduate or equivalent
Experience: 1-3 years
Equipment’s: ECI, Tellabs/Coriant, CIENA, Huawei, Juniper, Cisco preferred
Good Analytical & Troubleshooting skills. Good knowledge to use Trouble Ticket- and Monitoring systems. Good Written & Verbal communication
Tools: OSM, HPSM, Cramer preferred.
