Responsibilities:

• Type documents accurately and efficiently.
• Proofread typed material for errors.
• Maintain confidentiality of information.
• Assist with data entry tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines.
• Edit completed work for grammar, spelling and punctuation
• Gather and organize typing material
• Tracks hours rendered for specific tasks
• Takes notes and memos during meetings
• Keep information confidential in accordance with security policies
• Generating computerized documents and reports. 
• Keeping track of the hours spent on the particular task. 
• Drafting documents, reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other written material.
• Reformatting, converting, and merging documents to conform to company specifications.
• Managing and maintaining the physical and digital document filing system.
