1. Should have sound & excellent knowledge in key aerospace verticals viz. aerodynamics, aircraft performance, stability, and controls
2. Should have good exposure to fundamental physics and engineering mathematics
3. Should have knowledge of aircraft design and aircraft control systems
4. Should have sub-system-level thinking and a problem-solving approach
5. Should be flexible to work in a start-up and with outdoor flying activities
6. Should have strong verbal & written communication skills
7. Should preferably know Matlab and Simulink
8. Should have knowledge of Microsoft Office
9. Knowledge of DATCOM and Ansys CFD is secondary
10. Should have a bachelor's/master's in aerospace/aeronautical/mechanical engineering.
11. Final semester/year students and freshers are eligible
